The promise was made by a delegation led by the European Union ambassador during a meeting with the President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo.
Antonino Maggiore assured military support to fight terrorism in Cabo Delgado, a province affected by extremist groups since October 2017, as well as to develop the northern region of the country.
