The Mozambican National Resistance (RENAMO) is a “closed chapter” in Venâncio Mondlane’s book of life – the politician himself said recently, in exclusive statements to DW.
“At the moment, I have no interest in making a comeback, either to lead RENAMO or to be a member. I think I can do better for this country by creating the conditions for a new opportunity to act politically,” said the former presidential candidate and former member of RENAMO.
