Eight passengers died and one was injured as a result of a road accident last night in the district of Mocuba, in Zambezia province.
The spokeswoman for the Provincial Command of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique, Guilhermina Henriques, confirmed the accident. Without giving details, the source said that the accident was a collision between vehicles.
