More than three million children under nine will be immunized in the ongoing national polio vaccination campaign from 27 to 31 May in Zambézia province.
The head of the Extended Vaccination Program in the Provincial Health Directorate, Issa Ibrahimo, said the program aims to eradicate polio in Mozambique. The vaccination campaign will take place door-to-door in the 22 districts of Zambézia province.
