This week, Portugal opened an honorary consulate in Pemba, the capital of the northern Mozambican province of Cabo Delgado, the fourth of its kind in Mozambique, according to official information.
According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Portugal has a consulate-general in the city of Maputo, in the south, and another in the city of Beira, Sofala province, in the center. There are also honorary consulates in the city of Nampula, in the north, and in the cities of Quelimane and Tete, in the center.
