During a meeting with a group of children from different schools in the city of Maputo, in celebration of Children’s Fortnight, the President of the Republic emphasized the importance of actively listening to children when building inclusive public policies. Daniel Chapo stresses that investing in children means ensuring a healthier, fairer, and more prosperous country with citizens who are more aware of and committed to their country.
During his conversation with the little guests, the president stressed the importance of actively listening to children in the construction of inclusive public policies. “Your presence here is a sign that Mozambique sees you as the protagonists of tomorrow. This house – the people’s house – is also yours,” said the President of Mozambique.
