The Prime Minister of Mozambique, Benvinda Levi, announced that the Chinese government has decided to waive interest on loans granted to Mozambique until 2024 and donate €12 million to the country.
The interest waiver and donation are part of cooperation efforts between the two countries, strengthening the strategic relationship between Mozambique and China, which has been a long-standing partner in investment and financing projects.
