Four civilians were killed by terrorists in the early hours of Monday morning in the municipal town of Mocímboa da Praia, in the north of Cabo Delgado province. This is the second attack in less than two weeks, bringing the number of victims of terrorist action in the district to eight.
Same modus operandi, same time, same residential neighborhood, and same number of civilians killed, four, similar to what happened in the early hours of September 8 in the municipal town of Mocimboa da Praia.
