Terrorist attacks displaced more than 4,000 people between September 19 and 22 in northern Mozambique, in Cabo Delgado. The data is contained in a report by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Terrorist groups have been stepping up attacks in some districts of Cabo Delgado province.
