The European Parliament held a session on 28 January on the human rights situation in Mozambique in the post-election period.
A statement said that at the event organized by the European Parliament’s Sub-Committee on Human Rights, Ernesto Nhanale, president of MISA Mozambique, will speak about the challenges faced in the country in the post-election period, particularly by journalists and human rights defenders.
