The Portuguese Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Nuno Sampaio, met this Thursday with former presidential candidate Venâncio Mondlane, as part of the Portuguese diplomat’s visit to Mozambique.
In addition to Mondlane, Nuno Sampaio met with the opposition parties in parliament, praising the signing on March 5 by Chapo and the main political forces of a compromise for the pacification of the country, a document that has already been approved by parliament and which includes, among other things, revisions to the electoral law and the Constitution, as well as the powers of the President.
