Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo (UEM) is hosting the closing ceremony of the project “Coding Girls—The Women of Tomorrow in the Digital Economy in Mozambique.” The project aimed to increase the participation of young Mozambican women in the technology sector by promoting digital skills, innovation, and the emergence of startups led by women.
During its 3 years of execution, the project trained 116 young women, incubated 25 startups with a social impact and involved national and international mentors and experts.
