In yet another incursion, the terrorists who have been carrying out attacks in Cabo Delgado since October 2017 beheaded a teacher in the district of Mocímboa da Praia in the north of the province on Monday night (April 7).
A note of condolence shared by the District Service for Education, Youth and Technology (SDEJT) of Mocímboa da Praia indicates that the victim was working at Ntotwe Primary School, less than ten kilometers from the main village. Reports indicate that the terrorists entered Ntotwe village at around 8 pm (Maputo time) with gunfire, causing the population to flee into the woods, where they stayed until dawn.
